Christopher Darby is a Caribbean chef with over 20 years of experience in creating mouth-watering and putting a twist on dishes with authentic flavors and spices.
He started his culinary journey in his native Jamaica on the north coast, where he learned the secrets of fine Jamaican and international cooking, jerk chicken, curry goat, seafood dishes from some of the best chefs and mentor
He then moved to the US, where he worked in various star rated restaurants and hotels, honing his skills and expanding his repertoire.
He is now the Executive Chef and owner of Cc. Catering House LLC, a catering and takeout restaurant in Brooklyn, New York that showcases the diversity and richness of Caribbean and international cuisine. Christopher is passionate about sharing his love for food with his customers and staff, and he always strives to deliver high-quality service and satisfaction.
He is also involved in several community projects that promote healthy eating, cultural awareness, Christopher has won several awards for his culinary excellence. Come see him at one of his next pop up markets.
